Ryan Jay’s love for designing events and florals came at a very young age. Starting with weekends at his grandmothers house, Ryan would plan “parties” for his cousins and siblings every weekend with a new, tacky, dollar store theme.
His passion for events was continuously fueled by working in the wedding and event industry. Over the years, Ryan Jay has worked with a wedding photographer, a tuxedo company, and a local floral designer.
Later, he decided his creativity and drive to create and design memorable events could not be contained any longer. Some people were just born to party. Thus, Navy & Jay was born!
As the lead designer behind all Navy & Jay events + designs, Ryan Jay ensures he and his team gives every client and event the dedication and love they deserve.
Personally, Ryan Jay loves trying new breweries and restaurants, spending time with his adorable puppy named Aspen, putting together an epic charcuterie board, enjoying an old fashioned, traveling to places he has never been (near and far), exploring outside and making his friends and family feel loved.
